I know what it feels like to juggle endless responsibilities while wondering if technology is helping—or just making life harder.

After serving 10 years in the U.S. Navy, I entered the corporate world and saw the same pattern repeating: small businesses overwhelmed by complexity, stuck with tools that were either too expensive, too complicated, or too unreliable.

Big corporations had entire teams to manage growth, automation, and cybersecurity. Local businesses—the real backbone of our communities—were left to figure it out on their own.

That’s why I founded Squidworks AI. I'm Devin Harris—U.S. Navy veteran, husband, and father.

During my years of service, I learned the importance of resilience, discipline, and taking care of your team. In the corporate world, I saw how often technology was treated as the end goal, rather than a tool to make life better. That didn't sit right with me.
